My tech journey

My journey into the world of programming hasn’t been a smooth ride, nor has it been a mere stroll in the park. It began somewhat unconventionally, spurred by a desire to find purpose and forge a livelihood for myself.

Luckily, I found myself selected for a graduate trainee program at a small fintech company — an opportunity I’m immensely grateful for. From the outset, my aspiration has been to excel and maintain mastery over every facet of my life.

My education in programming commenced with PHP and Android, eventually leading me to delve into the intricacies of Java. Each step forward brought a wealth of knowledge and skill, laying a solid foundation for what was to come.

However, it was a particular assignment that acted as the springboard for my tech journey — a pivotal moment that propelled me forward.

Yet, despite my growing expertise, challenges persist. Competitive programming, a lingering ambition for the past three years, looms large. The specter of imposter syndrome often rears its head as I embark on new roles or projects. Nevertheless, I persist, finding a way to overcome and deliver results.

This journey, which began five years ago, shows no signs of slowing down. The impact I’ve made in the tech sphere thus far serves as a testament to my accomplishments. With each stride forward, I inch closer to realizing my ultimate aspirations within the corporate realm. Continuous growth is not just a goal but a promise — one that I intend to fulfill.
